What's in a name?

A whole lot more than you might think.

We hear it all the time.  "I thought you just do Arabians".

It makes sense.  After all, that is part of our name...and part of who we are.

Our involvement with the Arabian horse began some 30 years ago with the purchase of our first.  Consequently, as anyone who knows and loves the breed will tell you, the rest is history.  We were hooked!

As so many dreams do, Oakleigh began as a vision in the mind's eye long before it came to fruition in 1988 as a family owned and operated boarding and breeding facility.  Acre by acre, stall by stall, the farm has grown over the years.  The scope of available services has expanded during that time.  Yet, in spite of it all, one thing has and will continue to remain unchanged...that which started it all...our passion for and devotion to the Arabian horse.

But that's only part of our story.  There's more.
